Instructions

  3. Blend Until Smooth: Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high, until completely smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add water, a tablespoon at a time, until it blends easily.
  4. Taste and Adjust Sweetness: Taste the base. If desired, add agave nectar or honey, starting with a little and adding more to taste.
  5. Add Lemon Juice: Add the lemon juice.
  6. Final Blend: Blend briefly to incorporate the lemon juice and sweetener.
  7. Add Ice: Add ice cubes to the blender, starting with about 1/2 cup.
  8. Blend Again: Blend until the ice is completely crushed and incorporated.
  9. Check the Consistency: Check the consistency. If too thick, add more water or white grape juice. If too thin, add more ice.
  10. Adjust to Your Preference: Customize the refresher to your liking. If you want it sweeter, add more agave nectar or honey. If you want it tangier, add more lemon juice.
