Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the hot sauce, melted butter, and honey (if using). Stir until well mixed.
- Once all the cauliflower is fried and crispy, place them in a large mixing bowl and pour the hot sauce mixture over them. Toss gently to coat each floret evenly.
- Transfer the coated cauliflower to a serving platter.
- If desired, garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with pickles on the side for an extra crunch.
