  • Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew the Coffee: Brew one cup of strong coffee using your preferred method (drip, French press, pour-over).
  2. Cool the Coffee: Allow the brewed coffee to cool completely. Refrigerate or freeze briefly to speed up the process.
  3. Combine Ingredients in the Blender: In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, milk, cocoa powder, sugar (or sweetener), and peppermint extract. Add heavy cream if desired.
  4. Blend Until Smooth: Blend on medium speed until all ingredients are well combined and the cocoa powder is fully dissolved.
