Instructions

  1. Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small, microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted. Alternatively, melt in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley to the melted butter.
  3. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  4. Prepare Pizza Dough: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Unroll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface. Stretch the dough to a 12×16 inch rectangle if desired.
  6. Assemble Pizza Rolls: Brush the entire surface of the pizza dough with the prepared garlic butter.
  7. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon evenly over the garlic butter.
