Instructions

  1. Grind the Coffee: Coarsely grind the coffee beans.
  2. Combine Coffee and Water: In a large jar, pitcher, or cold brew maker, combine the ground coffee and cold, filtered water. Stir gently to saturate the grounds.
  3. Steep in the Refrigerator: Cover and refrigerate for 12-24 hours (16-18 hours recommended).

  7. Bring to a Simmer: Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
  8. Simmer and Infuse: Reduce heat to low and simmer gently for 15-20 minutes.
