Description

Easy, festive Christmas ROLO Pretzels! Sweet and salty treat with pretzels, ROLOs, and Christmas M&M’s. Perfect for holiday parties or quick homemade gifts.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag (11 ounces) ROLO candies, unwrapped
  • 1 bag (1 pound) small pretzel squares
  • 1 bag (6 ounces) Christmas-themed M&M’s

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F (93°C).
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Arrange the pretzel squares in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Place one unwrapped ROLO candy on top of each pretzel square.
  5. Bake the pretzels for 3-5 minutes. Keep a close eye on them! You’ll know they’re ready when the ROLOs are softened and slightly shiny.
  6. Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven.
  7. Immediately press one or two Christmas-themed M&M’s into the top of each softened ROLO.
  8. Allow the pretzels to cool completely on the baking sheet (about 30 minutes to an hour).
  9. (Optional) Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes to speed up the cooling process.
  10. Store the Christmas ROLO Pretzels in an airtight container at room temperature.

Notes

  • Don’t overbake the ROLOs, or they will burn.
  • Get creative with your toppings! Use sprinkles, chopped nuts, or mini chocolate chips instead of M&M’s.
  • These pretzels can be made a day or two in advance.
  • Use salted or unsalted pretzels based on your preference.
  • Center the ROLO on the pretzel to prevent sliding.
  • If the chocolate melts too much, let it cool completely and gently peel the pretzels off the parchment paper.
