- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Optional: celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the chicken tenders under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In the first bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In the second bowl, beat the eggs.
- In the third bowl, add the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each chicken tender into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally into the breadcrumbs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- Place the breaded chicken tenders on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C).
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then stir in the buffalo sauce until well combined.
- Once baked, place the chicken tenders in a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss gently to coat.
- For a caramelized finish, return the coated tenders to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Transfer the coated chicken tenders to a serving platter.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding grated Parmesan cheese to the breadcrumb mixture.
