- 1 oz Heavy Cream
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup (or to taste)

Instructions
- Chill Your Glass: Place a coupe or martini glass in the freezer for 15-20 minutes, or fill with ice water while preparing the drink, then discard.
- Gather Ingredients: Measure out all ingredients.
- Combine in Blender: Add brandy, crème de cacao, heavy cream, simple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender.
- Add Ice: Add about 1 cup of ice to the blender. Adjust as needed for desired thickness.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy (20-30 seconds).
- Taste and Adjust: Taste and adjust sweetness or strength as needed by adding more simple syrup or heavy cream.
- Pour into Chilled Glass: Carefully pour the Brandy Freeze into the chilled glass.
- Garnish (Optional): Sprinkle with ground nutmeg, chocolate shavings, a cherry, or a sprig of mint.
- Serve Immediately: Enjoy immediately while cold and frosty.
